Arrival at Cairo Airport: Upon arrival, you will be greeted by one of our representatives holding a sign with “More Egypt Tours” for easy identification. You’ll then be transferred in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle to begin your tour.
Visit to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities: Your first stop will be the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, home to the world’s largest and most valuable collection of Egyptian art spanning over 5,000 years. The museum houses more than 250,000 artifacts, including:
Tutankhamun’s treasures, such as his gold mask, jewelry, and other items found in his tomb.
Exhibits from various periods of Egyptian history.
Visit the Great Pyramids of Giza: After the museum, you will proceed to the Great Pyramids of Giza, including the awe-inspiring pyramid of Cheops, the largest of the three pyramids. You will have the opportunity to get close to these ancient wonders.
Explore the Sphinx: Visit the Sphinx, the famous monument with the body of a lion and the face of King Chephren, guarding the pyramids. This is a must-see sight and an integral part of Egyptian heritage.
Optional: Sound & Light Show at the Pyramids: If you wish to extend your adventure, you can opt for an evening visit to the Sound & Light Show at the pyramids. This captivating show narrates the story of the pyramids and the Sphinx through a stunning audio-visual display.
Overnight in Cairo: After a day filled with fascinating history, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Cairo to rest and prepare for the next day’s adventure.
Breakfast at the Hotel: Enjoy a delicious breakfast before being transferred to the domestic airport for your flight to Luxor.
Arrival in Luxor: On arrival, your representative will meet you at Luxor airport, and the day’s sightseeing will begin.
The first part of the day is dedicated to exploring the West Bank, home to ancient tombs and temples.
Valley of the Kings:
Visit the Valley of the Kings, the burial ground of many pharaohs of the New Kingdom, including Tutankhamun. You’ll explore the tombs of various dynasties and their fascinating artwork.
Temple of Deir El Bahari:
Visit the Temple of Deir El Bahari, one of the most remarkable monuments in Egypt, dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut. It is set against the backdrop of the Theban Mountains, making for an unforgettable sight.
Colossi of Memnon:
Stop to admire the two enormous statues of Amenophis III, which stand on the West Bank facing the Nile. These colossal statues are a significant landmark of the ancient Egyptian kingdom.
In the afternoon, we head to the East Bank to explore the grand temples of Luxor and Karnak.
Luxor Temple:
Visit Luxor Temple, a beautifully preserved temple complex with impressive statues of Ramses II in the courtyard. The temple was originally built by Amenophis III and expanded by later pharaohs.
Karnak Temple:
Continue your visit to the Karnak Temple, the largest religious complex in Egypt. Highlights include:
Flight Back to Cairo: After a full day of sightseeing, you will be transferred to Luxor airport for your flight back to Cairo.
Overnight in Cairo: On arrival in Cairo, you’ll be transferred back to your hotel to rest for the final day.
Breakfast at Hotel: Enjoy your last breakfast in Cairo.
Transfer to Cairo Airport: Our representative will assist you with the check-out process and transfer you to Cairo airport for your flight back home.
